We highly recommend booking at least 3 to 4 months in advance, especially during the peak pilgrimage seasons (May-June and September-October). Helicopter seats are strictly limited and subject to rapid sell-outs due to high demand.
Passenger safety is our uncompromising priority. In the event of weather-related cancellations, our ground team will attempt to reschedule your flight for the next available safe window. If rescheduling is not possible, we process refunds in accordance with our transparent, DGCA-compliant cancellation policy.
Due to strict weight and balance regulations for high-altitude flying, passengers are strictly allowed only one small soft duffel bag weighing no more than 2 kg to 5 kg (depending on the specific helicopter and route). Hard suitcases or trolley bags are not permitted on board.
